Sales Agreement

All users are deemed to have accepted that they have read and approved this Sales Agreement upon completing their membership process.


SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

1.1 SELLER:

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website (newkeypad.com), in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and related regulations.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The BUYER declares that they have read and approved the preliminary information on the newkeypad.com website regarding the product’s features, price, payment, and delivery terms.
  2. The product will be delivered to the BUYER or an authorized recipient within the timeframe stated in the preliminary information, subject to a maximum legal period of 30 days.
  3. If the product is to be delivered to a third party, the SELLER is not responsible if the third party refuses delivery.
  4. The SELLER guarantees that the product will be delivered in good condition, complete, and as described in the order, including all necessary documents.
  5. For the product to be delivered, this agreement must be electronically approved, and the payment must be completed. If the payment is not received or is canceled, the SELLER is relieved of their obligation to deliver the product.
  6. If the BUYER’s credit card is used unlawfully by third parties after delivery, not due to the BUYER's fault, and the bank does not compensate the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the BUYER.
  7. In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather or transportation disruptions), the SELLER will notify the BUYER, who can cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or delay delivery. If canceled, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
  8. Defective products under warranty can be sent to the SELLER for inspection/repair, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.
  9. This agreement becomes valid when approved electronically by the BUYER.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order is considered placed when the BUYER confirms the total amount, including VAT, for the items in the shopping cart. Payment must be confirmed before an ORDER CONFIRMATION is generated.


PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit card (Visa/MasterCard)
  • Bank transfer/EFT

Payments must match the BUYER's billing information, and orders unpaid within 3 business days will be canceled.


SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

  1. Products are delivered via contracted shipping companies.

  2. Delivery timelines:

    • Hatay: Within 3 business days after order confirmation.
    • Outside Hatay: Within 1-5 business days, depending on the location.
  3. The BUYER is responsible for checking the package for damage before accepting delivery. Any issues must be documented with the shipping officer (Damage Report) before signing the receipt.


ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 15 days of receiving the product. Notification must be made via WhatsApp (+90 532 288 3285) or through the website. The product and its invoice must be returned in their original condition. Shipping costs for defective products are covered by the SELLER.


ARTICLE 6 – EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature or perishability.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Damaged, used, or installed electronic products (circuit boards etc.).

ARTICLE 7 – AUTHORIZED COURTS

Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the SELLER's jurisdiction (Hatay Courts) handle disputes, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
